Dr. Tyler Rencher
Dr. Rencher grew up in the St. George area. He graduated from Brigham Young University and from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. After medical school he completed residency in Internal Medicine at Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood, Arizona. Dr. Rencher is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Rencher has a deep love of music. He also enjoys working on cars, rockhounding, camping, fishing, and Jeep rides with his family.

Brooke Pieper, FNP-C
I have been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, gaining experience in various healthcare settings across multiple states. My passion lies in rural health, and I am a strong advocate for making healthcare accessible to everyone. I completed my Bachelor's degree in 2018 and subsequently earned my Master's in Science in 2024 with a specialty in Family Practice. I have special interests in wound care and geriatric care, but love seeing patients when ever I have the opportunity to do so.
I am thrilled to begin my journey as a Family Nurse Practitioner-Certified (FNP-C). In addition to my professional pursuits, I have a deep love for the outdoors and enjoy camping and biking whenever I get the chance. My true passions, however, are reading and art, which I can never get enough of. I look forward to meeting and connecting with many new people on this exciting journey.
